Quota Windows

Each tier's monthly credits are counted per user and constrained by three windows at once:

  • 5-hour rolling window: counted from cumulative consumption over the last 5 hours; it recovers as time slides forward.
  • Weekly window: a fixed week starting Monday 00:00 Beijing time.
  • Monthly window: rolling from the subscription activation anchor; each month of a quarterly or yearly period has its own window.
  • When any window is exhausted, calls return 429 QUOTA_EXCEEDED; wait for the window to recover or upgrade.

Models included in each plan are updated in real time. The model list below is for reference only. See the Model Plaza for model details, and use the model list endpoint GET /api/coding-plan/v1/models to retrieve the currently available models.

  • Built-in capabilities are billed in points like model calls, count against plan quota, and carry no separate charge.
  • The model list endpoint response is the source of truth for currently available models.

Review and Refresh

  • The console Coding Plan page shows plan status, remaining quota, and recovery time for all three windows.
  • Quota refreshes as windows recover: the 5-hour window recovers as time slides, and the weekly / monthly windows reset when they expire.

Relationship to the Token Balance

Coding Plan quota is independent of your account's token balance:

  • cp_live_ keys call /api/coding-plan/v1 endpoints and consume subscription quota, never the token balance.
  • sk_live_ keys call regular endpoints and consume the token balance; the two never interfere.
  • Coding Plan calls are charged points at the model's configured unit price and do not participate in organization or pricing-group discounts.
